Amazing job Nicholas! Way to represent Springfield at our first cross country meet of the season today!
This week we focused on determination. Sara Hillhouse won runner of the week for her determination. Sara has the desire to improve each day. She runs outside of practices and she asks questions on what she can do to improve. She does her research. Sara is open to feedback on how to improve and has set appropriate goals for herself to accomplish this season. We are proud of you Sara! Keep up the great work!
This week's Runner of the Week goes to Shoni Hatch -Smith for her dedication. Shoni continues to set goals for herself and pushes outside her comfort zone to accomplish those goals. These "small" goals are big steps towards her overall season goal. She pushes her teammates as well. We are proud of you Shoni! Keep up the great work!
