School-business partnerships greatly benefit all involved. This morning Woeber Mustard, City of Springfield and McGregor Metal received recognition from Ohio School Boards Association as being named to the 2023 OSBA Business Honor Roll. We appreciate their continued support of our students. These businesses go above and beyond by setting up career tables, holding career workshops, hiring students, mentoring and list goes on. We look forward to having them back this school year!!
This morning our Seniors had the privilege of attending a resume workshop lead by Karissa Lisch, HR Director with Woeber Mustard. These valuable skills will help our students as they create resumes and interview for employment. We appreciate our partnership with Woeber Mustard.

At the end of the course, these students will take a test to become Certified Nursing Assistants and will be able to apply for jobs at nursing homes and hospitals. Many of these students will also be part of the new Phlebotomy course that will start next semester at SOI!
