This year, Snyder Park is focused on improving our reading literacy by 10%.
Our initiative is to help our students' find a love for reading. Having this in mind, we have implemented our reading log activity. With this activity, students are encouraged to read a book, magazine, or article for at least 10 minutes each night and have parents initial.
The next due date for the reading logs to be turned in is January 18th. When your student reads each night they increase their chances to participate in extracurricular activities at school. Below is the reading log for you to access if your child has not brought one home.
