Stay busy this summer with these activities happening all throughout the Springfield City School District! This page will be updated as additional opportunities become available.
Beginning June 3, free daily lunch is available for students 18 and under as part of the District's Summer Food Program. The program will be held Monday-Friday at the following locations & times:
Ronez Manor (1-2 PM)
Clark County Public Library Main Branch (12-1 PM)
Lincoln Elementary (1-2 PM)
Clark County Public Library Southgate Branch (11:30 AM-12:30 PM) (Monday, Wednesday & Friday only)
Clark County Police Substation - 17 W. Johnny Lytle Ave. (11 AM-12 PM)
Global Impact STEM Academy (11 AM-12 PM)
Springfield High School (11 AM-12 PM)
Go on 'A Great Summer Adventure' at The Dome! Choose from 3 different camps: Journey Across the Lands (STEAM Activities), Summer Quest Continues (STEAM Activities) or Missoula Children's Theatre (Theatre & STEAM Activities). This 2-day, skills-based camp is open to all students (in or out of the SCSD) entering 4th through 7th grade. Join members of the Springfield Wildcats volleyball team for fun and competitive drills that are sure to improve your knowledge of the game ahead of the fall season! The camp is $20 for one day or $35 for both days. Camp t-shirt is included with registration (guaranteed if registering by May 16.) Click here to register. The Springfield City School District and The United Way are offering a FREE two-day Early Childhood 'Kiddy Kamp' for children up to age 5 to attend with their parents or caregivers. The camp will consist of early childhood activities to help prepare children for Kindergarten. Dinner and t-shirts will be provided. The camp will be held at Building Blocks Play Studio (137 E. Main Street, Suite 175). Choose from Session 1: June 17 & June 19 at 5-7 PM or Session 2: June 18 and June 20 at 5-7 PM. The District's before and after school care provider, Right at School, is offering a 'Choose Your Own Adventure' summer camp opportunity for students entering grades 1-7! The camp will be held at Lagonda or Kenwood Elementary, and the price is $25/week. The camp begins June 3 and continues until August 2. To register to learn more, visit this link.
