Diploma Verification

Springfield City Schools has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to process diploma verification requests and provide electronic responses to interested third parties that need verification of diplomas awarded by the school district.

Visit the National Student Clearinghouse website for service 24 hours/day, 365 days/year. If the National Student Clearinghouse can confirm the diploma, the response is immediate and requestors will be able to obtain a PDF version of the verification.  A fee will be collected for this service.

Transcript Requests

Please use the button below to access the official Transcript Request Form. Print, complete, sign and return the form along with a copy of your photo ID to Springfield High School in person or via mail. Please include $2 per transcript and $1 per shot record.
