The Springfield City School District Wildcat Athletic Club will host a community trivia night as the launch event of a new fundraising organization for athletic teams.
The trivia night will be held on March 7 at the State Theater in downtown Springfield. The event is for adults ages 18 and up, and Springfield alumni attendance is strongly encouraged!
The Wildcat Athletic Club is a new District and community organization that financially supports the success of student athletes, and membership is open to anyone in the community.
The doors for the event will open at 5 PM and trivia will begin at 6 PM. Topics that will be covered include: Springfield, pop culture, sports, and other categories. One trivia team will take home the grand prize of $200.
This event will also feature a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle. Prizes will also be awarded for the teams that have the best name and the best table theme.
Tickets are $25 per person and are available for purchase online or in person at The Dome (700 S. Limestone Street) during regular District business hours. Capacity is limited, so it is encouraged to purchase tickets early.
