Ohio's Aspire program provides FREE services for individuals who need assistance in acquiring the skills to be successful in post-secondary education/training and employment. The Aspire program also provides FREE services for those looking to learn English as a second language. Local programs offer classes at flexible locations and on different days and times to meet diverse needs. All students are required to attend a full day orientation, during which an assessment will be given to help determine the individual's educational needs and identify goals.
