The Springfield City School District welcomes you and your child to the Step Up to Quality Gold Rated Clark Early Learning Center!
Clark utilizes evidence-based curriculum, resources, and practices including, but not limited to, High Scope Preschool Curriculum, Conscious Discipline practices, Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS,) Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS,) and the Leader in Me framework. These tools and materials enable us to provide the very best learning experience for our students.
Age Guidelines
Students that are three years of age by August 1, 2025 can apply for preschool at Clark Early Learning Center.
Steps to Enroll in Preschool

Complete the appropriate forms below and attach them to your Final Forms registration.
Zero Income Form (English) (please only complete if applicable)
Upload all required documents found below, including the Medical Form.
Student Services
Federal law mandates that school districts provide identified children ages birth to 21 years, a free, appropriate education designed to meet the child’s unique needs. Springfield City School District’s Early Learning Program serves children ages three to five years old, who have been identified with a disability. If you have developmental concerns regarding your child please contact the Student Services Department at (937) 505-2855.
